LanPro's approach to Network Services is built on a Client Partnership methodology. Before we get started, we conduct a thorough analysis of your organization's current infrastructure, server and desktop data and architecture, current software and licensing issues, and security protocols. The result is a detailed report of your current system with recommendations for the future.

And that's just the beginning. Throughout our partnership we follow three golden rules:

1. If we don't deliver, you don't pay
2. Each client is viewed as an individual and every solution is researched and customized for their particular business needs
3. We bill only for hours worked specifically on the project or problem. Any research time is not billed to the client, and final billing is discussed and approved in advance
